We dream of all our church members committing themselves to
participating in a weekly fellowship for God.
We dream of a network of 2,000 members. These members, the Pastor,
and all within the church shall provide support, encouragement, and
accountability to ourselves as we seek to grow in Christlikeness.
We dream of a faculty of 100 gifted lay teachers equipped with the
vision, character, knowledge, and expertise to feed our flock.
We dream of a teacher-training program that produces experts in
individual Bible books, doctrine, apologetics, and Christian growth.
We dream of the day that it can be said, "The best Bible teachers in
the country are the lay teachers at Paradise."
We dream of an appropriate Children's Ministry that leads our
children and youth to loves Jesus, and His church, grow spiritually,
discover their shape for ministry, and understand their life mission in
the world.
